Members of the Family Travel Centre team are continuously travelling all over the UK and Europe identifying stock on behalf of our customers. On arrival of every RV into stock, it is professionally valeted inside and out by our team, with great attention to detail as you would expect to see if you were purchasing from a dealership. We then cover the carpets in clear plastic to preserve and protect your pride and joy.

At Family Travel Centre, we like to keep it simple to understand, but comprehensive to ensure you can be confident that your RV is at the best possible place. Our team of American RV experts will then discuss with you how much you are looking for us to return to you. Once a figure is agreed, you leave the hard work to us! We take care of the sales process from start to finish, at our own cost and time. Once we have an agreed sale of your RV, we will confirm the amount you will recieve, and then hand your RV over to our renowned RV workshop where it will begin its PDI (pre delivery inspection).
Our team of RV experts regularly keep your RV maintained by keeping the batteries charged, regularly starting and moving your RV, and frequently checking the running of the generators and major appliances. All of this is in addition to our ongoing valeting service, to keep your RV in that showroom condition.
Every RV that Family Travel Centre stock is presented with individual sales literature. All vehicles are dressed with relevant accessories to enhance the presentation of your RV. Family Travel Centre do not charge for the storage of your RV in our display area.
Family Travel Centre advertise across a wide range of online and offline media to ensure the maximum number of people see your American RV for sale. This includes Motorhomes Mobi, ARVM, MMM, Practical Motorhome, Caravan Finder, Griffin American Motorhomes and our own website at www.familytravelcentre.co.uk. We also advertise through local media including Bristol Evening Post and Bath Chronicle which drive customers from the West of England into our showroom on a consistent basis. In addition to our media approach we also attend a wide range of local and national exhibitions, including Americana (Newark), Shepton Mallet Motorhome and US RV Show, this provides the opportunity for a wider to display your RV to potential customers.
Most importantly, the way the vehicle is displayed is a big part of the sale at Family Travel Centre, we take a great amount of time and care when displaying your vehicle, whether in the main area of the indoor showroom, or in full view within the display area in front of the showroom. Our premises are protected by CCTV cameras across the site, Alarm system and regular security and dog patrols 7 days a week.
