Family Travel Centre scoops Adria’s Customer Service Dealer of the Year Award for second consecutive year

New Adria VIP 2014 Launch Events to showcase widest range of Adria stock

Family Travel Centre is celebrating winning Adria’s ‘Customer Service Dealer of The Year’ award for the second consecutive year, singling it out from the other 34 dealerships up and down the country. Adria made the announcement during Adria’s annual dealership event this week, where it launched its 2014 motorhome models and gave dealers their first official view of the much anticipated new range. This was followed by an evening awards ceremony to reward the hard work of the dealerships over the previous last year.

The award accolade coincides with Family Travel Centre’s announcement of its new Adria VIP 2014 Launch Events, where visitors can get a chance to view its widest range of Adria’s new models ever, which will be in the showroom from August. New Adria VIP 2014 Launch Events

Family Travel Centre is excited to showcase its biggest range of Adria motorhomes ever, especially given some major changes to the Adria Coral range, and the addition of new Van Conversion and Coachbuilt models across the range. The dealership has introduced the new Adria VIP 2014 Launch Events in a bid to delight customers by offering small and exclusive viewings at its indoor and outdoor two acre showroom.

Winning Adria’s Best Customer Service Award for 2013

Winning the award for Best Customer Service recognises Family Travel Centre’s continued focus and commitment to all its customers. Having scooped the award in 2012, it is a real testament to the efforts that the entire team puts into helping and supporting its customers whenever and wherever it can.

The award was presented to Family Travel Centre by Slavica Sterk, Managing Director of Adria UK. Slavica praised the dealership’s efforts to “go the extra mile” for all customers and its commitment to challenge Adria to ensure that customer needs are being met.  Slavica acknowledged the huge efforts that Family Travel Centre has made since its launch in 2010 and has been consistently amazed at how it has its progressed and established the business as a Premier Adria Motorhome Dealership in the UK.
